After your appointment, your Welfare Benefits advisor will write to you at your home with a copy of out contract.
We will offer you a no win, no fee charging system. This simply means that only those who receive a payable award of benefit will pay us a fee. If your claim is unsuccessful you will not pay us a penny.
There is a registration fee of £35. If your claim is unsuccessful this registration fee is refunded to you.
How much will it cost me if I win?
The fee that you will pay depends on the amount of back dated benefit you receive on the completion of each claim.
