Kath Goldsmith, who has worked for FreeClaim IDC since 1996, manages the department. She heads a team of welfare benefit advisors who are based in South Wales and the head office in Northumberland.
The welfare benefits team welcome enquiries from anyone who believes they may have a work related condition or accident. Although the benefits agency have a strict criteria for these claims FreeClaim IDC are more than happy to advise potential clients as to the validity of their particular condition. This is a free service, there is no pressure brought to bear on anyone making an enquiry.
If a person wishes the company to represent them to pursue such a claim then the company charges a fee for their services on the successful completion of the claim. If the client does not receive an award of benefit there are no charges made whatsoever.
