The FreeClaim IDC Pledge:
A maximum deduction of £399* from a client's damages
We recognise that clients need to be certain of their financial obligations from the start of their claim. To satisfy the client's need to overcome the potential problem of unrecoverable disbursements, we reserve the right to make a deduction from a client's damages at the conclusion of a successful claim. In our experience, providing that the client is aware from the outset what their financial obligations are, they are more than comfortable with this arrangement.
To provide the client with financial security and peace of mind, and to help a client make an informed choice when considering our funding package, we have set a limit on any deduction from a client's damages.
This limit is set at £399* for a claimant who successfully recovers damages. We guarantee that no more than £399* will be deducted from a client's damages to cover any element of an unrecovered disbursement or costs.
If the client is not successful, then we will indemnify the client against the cost of the insurance premium, all disbursements and interest etc.
