David Towler - Managing Director

David founded IDC in 1994. Originally a senior lay trade unionist in the shipbuilding industry on Tyneside, he ran the TUC Centre for the Unemployed in Sunderland for nine years from 1986. As its co-ordinator he masterminded many of the take-up campaigns that it ran for those who had suffered injury or disease from working in the heavy industries of the North East.

He has been the full time Managing Director of the Company since early 1995. The contacts that he built up over the years have proved invaluable to IDC in crafting the best possible product for clients.
