Our Legal Team

FreeClaim IDC has successfully developed a unique insurance package that allows solicitors to fund and insure litigation actions for personal injury and professional negligence claims.

Since the company developed its litigation funding package in October 2000, solicitors from across England and Wales have used the insurance to raise actions winning in excess of £250 million for thousands of claimants.

Freeclaim IDC plc employs a legal team that is responsible for ensuring that all claims for compensation are pursued to our high standards. We believe that our clients are our priority and we aim to deliver an unsurpassed level of professional service throughout a claim.

Mark Lewis, solicitor, is our Head of Legal Services leading our legal team based at our headquarters in Ashington, Northumberland.

Mark comes from an injury and disease litigation background having specialised in a diversity of claims ranging from road traffic accidents through to asbestos related disease claims.

Mark’s philosophy in assisting clients is simple: “Take a friendly and professional approach. Understanding a client’s needs is paramount.”
