The IDC Scotland pledge:-
For a registration fee of only £35 IDC Scotland will fund your compensation claim and there is no financial risk to you.
The pledge is simple:-
If for any reason your claim is unsuccessful, you do not pay a single penny. IDC Scotland will pay off all of the costs associated with your claim. Your £35 registration fee will be returned to you.
If, as is much more likely, you receive compensation, IDC Scotland will charge only 15% + VAT.
IDC Scotland will allocate you your own solicitor to help, support and reassure you throughout the case.
