How will FreeClaim IDC help me?
We will arrange insurance to protect you and financial assistance to help you with your claim for compensation.

What happens if I lose?
Most of our clients are successful with their claims, but if you do lose, the insurance will pay off all costs associated with your claim.  It will cost you nothing.

How much will it cost me?
Once again, nothing if you lose, FreeClaim's Unique Guarantee ensures that should you be successful, no more than £399 could be deducted from your damages no matter how much you receive in compensation.  For most customers it will be less than this but we guarantee that this is the maximum.

What if I receive less that £399 in compensation?
Your claim has to be worth in excess of £1500 before the panel law firm can proceed with a claim on your behalf.  

How does FreeClaim IDC make their money?
When the panel law firm advises that your claim can proceed and you have confirmed that you are happy to do so, we will charge the law firm a fee for all of the work that we have done.  If your claim is successful, we also receive a commission from the insurance premium which is paid for by the losing party.
