FreeClaim IDC's Marketing Department is responsible for organising free industrial disease drop in sessions throughout England and Wales.
Karen Gatiss, FreeClaim's national marketing manager, has been with the company since 1994 and heads the marketing departments based in South Wales and our head office in Northumberland.
Vicci Davies, who has worked with the company since 2001, is the marketing supervisor. She is a familiar face along the South coast and in Wales, where she can be frequently seen assisting those who believe they are suffering from industrial illnesses.
The marketing team recognise the importance of helping clients in an environment where they can feel relaxed and comfortable. We have forged strong links with local community organisations and most of our drop in sessions take place within these communities all over Britain.
Our friendly marketing staff are highly trained in the field of industrial diseases, and are able to offer relevant and accurate information in a way that can easily be understood, without putting any pressure on the client to make an on the spot decision.
FreeClaim IDC's drop in sessions are open to all members of the public, whether they wish to make a claim or are just seeking some free information. FreeClaim's members of staff are always more than happy to help.
